This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super peaceful, with jaw-dropping views of the river. The aircon keeps you cool, and the cleaning service is top-notch. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. And let me tell you, the hippos are a nice attraction - we saw and heard them throughout our stay. Plus, the birdlife here is just stunning. this place is a hidden gem for nature lovers like me.

Loved the open plan deck with outdoor kitchen, great for pretending to be a master chef. Also enjoyed the on-site restaurant with delicious food and the view of the river was fabulous.

The wired internet in public areas was sooo convenient, because who doesn't love a slow and unreliable internet connection?

The Timber Log Chalets at this lodge were like a cozy cabin straight out of a fairytale. Surrounded by a picturesque garden and with a deck overlooking the river, the chalet felt like a peaceful haven amidst nature. The open plan deck with a kitchen and dining area was perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the beautiful views. It was truly a magical experience!

Our stay at the lodge was absolutely lovely. The extensive garden was a beautiful and peaceful area for our kids to safely play in. The self-catering chalet had all the amenities we needed and more. The view from the lodge was stunning, with hippos and various waterbirds in the well-groomed area.
